Subscriptions are prepaid and the summaries are delivered in real-time. There are no refunds. Should you decide to cancel your subscription we will stop charging you on the renewal date of your current plan.
We support all major payment methods including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, ACH, Cash App, and PayPal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your TubeOnAI profile, navigate to the settings page, and under Subscription Information, click cancel. Your subscription will be good until the renewal date.
If you cancel your subscription, we will stop charging the monthly or annual fee on the renewal date. Your information will be expunged from the platform within 30 days of canceling your subscription.
