We do not use your data or any content you submit to train any AI model, our every AI models are self hosted. Content you provide — including URLs, transcripts, uploaded files, or any media from supported platforms — is processed solely for the purpose of delivering your requested output (summary, analysis, or repurposed content) and is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any external AI model.
Special Disclosure — DeepSeek & Kimi (Self-Hosted Configuration):
TubeOnAI uses DeepSeek in a self-hosted, offline configuration deployed entirely within TubeOnAI’s own infrastructure. This means:
- The DeepSeek model runs locally on TubeOnAI’s servers.
- No user data — including any data obtained via Google APIs or Google user accounts — is transmitted to DeepSeek’s external servers or to any DeepSeek Kimi-affiliated third party.
- All processing occurs locally within TubeOnAI’s infrastructure.
- Google user data is not shared with the DeepSeek & Kimi model provider for any purpose, including model training.
For all other AI models listed above: data submitted for processing is handled under strict data minimization principles, is not retained beyond service delivery, and is never shared with AI providers for training purposes.
4. Google Drive & Google API Data Handling
When you use TubeOnAI’s Google Drive integration to summarize or repurpose Drive content (documents, videos, slides, etc.), the following applies:
- We access your Google Drive files only with your explicit authorization and solely to perform the summarization or content generation you have requested.
- Google Drive content is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the requested task.
- Google Drive data is never passed to any external AI model provider for training purposes.
- DeepSeek, when used to process Google Drive content, operates in a self-hosted, offline environment as described in Section 3A — your Drive data does not leave TubeOnAI’s infrastructure during this processing.
- We do not transfer, sell, or use Google user data for advertising, credit assessment, or any purpose outside of delivering the requested service.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
